How do coaches/team administrators come up with their team names???

I've always wondered the thought process that goes with picking a team name. I enjoy seeing all the different names out there. For example, one I've always really wondered about is Lady 83 and the origin of how their name came to be.

I am not sure on that one.
But I think when I asked a coach from one of their teams a few years ago - he said it was from the name of the America Legion that sponsored them...not positive though.
