I do value your input Mike...say what you want about Bonds however you can not buy eye hand coordination out of bottle.
Chip has developed a great system of training that we use every week.
(I wont bore you with the details)
The thread was discussing hitting and Mcqueen brought up the above statement of which others including my self thought we could discuss. I realize you may not like the devices however it is open to discussion and it gets the desired results. Epstein, Slaught, Mankin, Englisby, Yeager all have a system and specific drills....I'll just let it go it is not that important to argue with you about it.

I was not arguing w/ anyone Howard!! I was making an observation! Not looking for a fight! I did not say I did not like some of the devises you use, some are pretty good! I just happen to get on here and seen the last few pages. It looked to me that some were trying to beat down Darin. I'm sure Chip would like to get on here and tell you about the system we are using. Right now he is alitle busy w/ his job. I don't think it is our place to do so, because that is Chip's livelyhood. Just like when dd and I were at the garage, you asked me not to say anything about somethings you had in the works!! I think this is along the same lines. I honored your wishes. Chip did not tell us not to say anything, but I just don't think it's our place!!

Thats A neat device I made 6 of those 3 years ago when Mike Bastian showed it to me at the ohio coaches clinic he told me he just invented it and it was not available yet.

I'm amazed and entertained to see the attention hitting gets from most "contributors" on this site. I'm still learning and watching so my expertise is irrelevant. Yes it is ultimately how teams create offense, but, we become very defensive all in the same message. Passion is amongst the many and ultimately we get some pretty solid info on the "science" of hitting.
I'm not pointing out, calling out, questioning, making a point....none of that, just an observation and this is my legal verbiage to CYA for future blugeoning...

I know he is busy right now....however Mcqueen had said he was taught the system so I thought he would discuss it hitting is not boring to me that's I keep learning, like hand positioning, elbow height angle etc. nothing I do is a secret so I thought we were sharing.
Yes the WhipHit made it to the market and we made it here in the garage and thanks for keeping the other stuff off here for now. Our girls in China could take batting practice with it. Oh I read it there Chief!! I've gone through the post on these threads...I don't think you have added anything with substance. So where you get off talking about nearly "ALL" the contributors is beyond me! When are you going to get on here and tell us something about hitting? All I ever see is you jumping on someone-elses post and then "I agree" usually follows!! Way to be a contributor!! I never claimed to be a hitting guru, and there are alot of us out here! I also don't get on here calling people out saying they don't contribute! So before you start taking shots take a look at your last 200 post!! Yea we all could be ADDICTED if we made post like that!!! Sorry I am not as good as these other guys putting my thoughts and knowledge on paper, I will work on that!

Coaches clinic - 18 (unlimited)
Fielding - 30 of 75 possible
Intro to Hitting - only ~5 slots remain*
Advanced Hitting - only ~5 slots remain*
*Approximate numbers provided since some applicants for the Advanced Hitting session will likely transfer over into the Intro to Hitting session.
All applicants for which applications have been received have been notified of their status as of early this morning.
