How to find Umpires?!

Two part question-

Does anyone know of any umpires who are in or are willing to travel to Geauga county for week night Rec games? Pay is above average for Rec games and is negotiable.

Or - can anyone advise on the process of sanctioning with USSSA so that a Rec league could utilize their umpires?

Any advice or referrals is appreciated!

Thank you! Our rec program is now run by our city rec department and I have forwarded your info to them in case they need it. They may have found a couple local umps already. Appreciate the assistance, though!
