HS Varsity Preview today at the Thunderplex

12 High School Varsity softball teams will face off Saturday, March 25th starting at 9:00AM at the Thunderplex in Vienna. In the event of inclement weather, games will be moved onto the Thunderplex's Indoor Dirt Ballfields.

9:00 Ursuline vs Western Reserve and Champion vs Howland
10:30 Ursuline vs Champion and Howland vs Western Reserve
12:00 Mathews vs Cardinal Mooney and Maplewood vs Canfield
1:30 Mathews vs Canfield and Maplewood v Cardinal Mooney
3:00 Mineral Ridge vs Struthers and Warren Harding vs Niles
4:30 Mineral Ridge vs Niles and Struthers vs Warren Harding

Champion and Howland elected to play their first game indoors due to temperature. Western Reserve and Ursuline are playing outdoors.

If you are in NE Ohio or Western PA - before cancelling your games check with the Thunderplex. Fields are available for $25 per game. Last year, we missed 1 game due to weather. All fields are now in early summer condition. Dry and groomed.

I am not sure about all the results but i do know that Champion beat Howland 2-0 and then beat Ursuline ( i think the score was) 6-0
