Go to www.indoorfastpitch.com click on tournaments, fill out all three forms. You must submit 35 player profiles for each player on your team. We will not make copies this year like we did in the past. If you do not submit 35 copies, your players will be the ones hurt. Please get all 35 copies of each player and mail them to us. You can also deliver them to us. There is one exception to this, if you want us to make the copies for you, the fee is $100.00 paid upfront. The address is on the web site. Also, every team must be able to play Friday night (No Exceptions).
