Sudden Death Softball is holding another 12U indoor league in Middletown starting January 26th. Teams will play two games on Saturdays and it will run thru March 1st. We are in Marysville any idea how far that would be for us?? We are just finishing up indoor ball and looking to stay busy until we can get outside just do not know if we could convince parents to drive that far....any info would be great thanks so much........

Not sure where Marysville is at, I've never been there. Mapquest has it about 2 hours away. During our first session we had the Ohio Dragons make the drive down each weekend. They were pleased with the two games being played, it made the drive down a little more worth it. I believe they was North of Columbus area. They had about a two hour drive.

If you're in Marysville, there is a nice indoor facility just south of you and right off Rt. 33. Field Sports Ohio is in the northern edge Dublin, which I imagine might be a thirty minute, or less drive, from Marysville.
I know that they have leagues for middle school and high school ages starting in January (because I will be umpiring those again this year). I do not know if they intend to run leagues for the younger age groups. Perhaps that is something they would be open to starting, if there were enough interest.
It might be worth a phone call to see what they offer. At the least, they do offer field rentals and it would be a great place for indoor practices or scrimmages.

Yes we are still taking 12U teams, you will field 9 players, yes you will bat the roster and the cost is $600 per team. You will be playing two games on Saturdays for 5 weeks and there will be a single elimination tournament on the sixth week. You will get 10+ games. This is well worth the price. The field is approx. 95' wide and 165' long. The bases are set at 60' and yes, as long as the girls wear their gear, they can slide on this turf. We have already ran a 12U league and are currently running a 16U league. We have had nothing but positive feedback. All teams are and have had a great time. Check around, it will be hard to beat the price with the amount of games you get with the facility we have.
Maybe some of the teams, that have played or that are currently playing, could leave a comment on their experiences playing in our league.

I went down today to watch the 16u league and to see some softball friends. As a spectator I came away very impressed with everything having to do with the league and facility, nice job.

If we can get six 16U teams that will play, absolutely we will do it.
We will run a 14U tournament one weekend and a 16U tournament the following weekend. If you have a team intrested please reply.

Anyone know if the Pinnacle Spring League games for 14U will be held on Saturdays or Sundays??? We need a league that takes place on Saturdays, but are having a hard time finding it. Any ideas, please let me know. Thanks.
