Is a release required???

DD played for a 10u team that decided not to play any more this year. They didn't win any qualifiers or anything, so does she still need a release to play for another team?

If she has been submitted on an official roster, yes NSA, ASA all she would need is the card ASA gives the coach not sure about the rest but most likely some sort of release. Again is she signed and official roster for one of the sanctioning bodies.
