Where you the one who I did the one inch punch on at the clinic?

Remember all I did was move my back foot heel up and focused the weight to the big toe and toe next to it and allowed the weight to shift forward and did not stride. It was a perfectly timed punch with a hip thrust and is a basic martial arts move.

We also teach this move for hitting and throwing.

How is the daughter doing?

I'm particularly fond of this:

I've believed in this for a long time and we actually encourage our players to do this very thing even at the cost of missing games and practices. Not always fun to manage, but it's about them...
