Karen Linder will be doing small group lessons at Strike Force Academy in Hudson Ohio starting in November on Thursday nights. Nov 5, 12, 19 Dec 10, 17
13U Hitting and Defense 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. - focus will be on developing hitting mechanics and defensive fundamentals.
HS Mental Training and Hitting 7:45 - 9:15 p.m. - focus on teaching mental training techniques to help develop confidence and improve performance and incorporate them into hitting. Topics include goal setting, visualization, self-talk, routines. Hitting focus will be on developing power in the swing.
