Not sure these are all correct. I could have sworn that Licking Valley beat Strasburg & I thought for sure the Watkins vs Alder game was 4-2, not 3-2. Maybe I'm losing it in my old age.

Also, Nicole Sargent hit her 2nd HR for Watkins this morning. Way to go Nic!!!

Gahanna Lincoln also wins their 2nd game 3-1 over Houston. Lions now 9-1 with 9 straight wins. They will be hosting their own showcase this coming weekend.

Anybody have any problems with the smaller batter's boxes? ?Both games that we had on Saturday, one at Marten's and one Miller, had incorrect boxes. ?The one at Marten's was 3 feet to the front, the one at Miller was 2 1/2 feet to the front.

For the game at Marten's, the ump stated that we would play what is marked. Both teams agreed. During the first two innings, the opposing team kept trying to erase/cover up the front line of the batters box. ?Ump finally issued a warning that the next player that tried to erase/cover up the line would be ejected. ?Right, wrong, or indifferent, the non-sense stopped. ?

Heard the fields the girls had to play on in Miller park, fields weren't that Great. :-[ :-/ They were really baseball Diamonds with the baseball mounds still there behind the pitcher. :-X
But the competition was the reason of going to this T-ment .
Hopefully if they go next year don't hafta play on baseball fields .
