Pitching and Pitchers Discussion Looking for pitching coach for 9 year old in Cincinnati area

I am looking for a detail oriented, tough, stern, pitching coach in the Cincinnati area or within a hour drive of Cincinnati for my 9 year old daughter. She has been taking lessons from someone for about 9 months now, and I have not seen much progression. There has not been the focus on mechanics that I would have expected. Does anyone have any suggestions?
