Looking for tryout information for non-parent coached little league teams

We are wanting to try out for little league teams who are not coached by a parent or relative of a player. We are looking for class a or b teams only located in west Virginia, Ohio or Kentucky. Can anyone help us in our quest to find such elusive teams?

The Kiwanis program would be a fantastic start. once you find a team let me know please. I am wanting to get my 2yr old started early and hopefully we can get her verbally committed before she gets to junior high.

If you find the team see if they have a short stop please. I think my daughter would make a great short stop.
