BURNSVILLE, MINN. – To say the St. Cloud State University softball team had a bit of an explosive weekend may be a bit of an understatement. In four games against Bemidji State University and Viterbo University, the Huskies offensive unleashed for 51 runs in 22 innings of play, but fair their most offensive weekend of the 2019 season. Haley McFarlane (Swisher, Iowa / Cedar Rapids Prairie) was a huge part of St. Cloud State's success, and was thusly named the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) Softball Player of the Week, the conference office announced Monday afternoon.
