Hello everyone!
Thank you for the few coaches who attended the infield/outfield session last Wednesday on such late notice at the Nervous Dog Coffee Shop in Stow!! I feel like we all had a good time!!!!
Quote from an email sent to me after last Wednesday night's session:
"Micaela, Awesome job last night at the coaches clinic!! A lot of great information!! I can't wait until next week to hear your thoughts on hitting! Hopefully I'll bring a couple of our coaches along. Thanks for making a difference!!"
That being said, I will be doing a hitting session this Wednesday 5:00-7:00pm at the same location. $30 is the cost.

Hopefully a few more coaches can make it! The first hour I will be breaking down the mechanics/steps of hitting. The 2nd hour will consist of different drills that will provide emphasis for each mechanic/step. I will introduce a new grip, the importance of the back elbow, and completely explain the swing with regard to the relation between the baseball swing and fastpitch softball swing!
