MVNU Lady Cougar Softball Clinic

The Mt. Vernon Nazarene Lady Cougars will be hosting the Lady Cougar Softball Clinic on March 4, 2006.

Mt. Vernon Nazarene University head coach, Jeana Howald will serve as the director for the Lady Cougar Softball Clinic. Coach Howald will be assisted by coaches Les and Rhonda Randolph, Chuck McNamee, Tony Eyerman, the Lady Cougar assistant coaches, Lady Cougar players and coaches from the central Ohio area.

Hitting and Position-Specific Fielding Clinics
? The 12 and under age group will be held from 8-10 am.
? All other age groups will be held from 2- 4 pm.

Pitching Clinics
? The Beginners and Intermediate Pitching Clinic will be held from 10:15 ? 11:45 am.
(* The Beginners and Intermediate Clinics will be divided into two groups)
? The Advanced Pitching Clinic will be held from noon to 1:45 pm.
(* Catchers are recommended but not required)

Catching Clinic
? The Catching Clinic will be held from 10:15 ? 11:45 am.

The Lady Cougar Softball Clinic will be held at the Donoho Recreation Center on the campus of Mt. Vernon Nazarene University.

The fee for each session is $40. This includes a free t-shirt for attendees who register before February 17, 2006.

This clinic offers several tremendous instructors including Coach Howald and her staff. In addition Rhonda Randolph is one of the finer catching and hitting coaches around. Finally (saving the best for last), Les Randolph and Chuck McNamee are two of the top pitching coaches in central Ohio. It should be a great day!
