Can anyone tell me the difference between ncaa recruitment and naia please.

Not sure what you are asking ... "difference in recruiting"

Recruiting wise the same principals apply ... the coaches are trying to find the best student athletes for their program.

RULES of recruitment are totally different and what and how they can offer the student athlete is also very different.

Way to complex in their differences to explain on this forum.
