North American Cup team in Europe

Congratulations to Courtney Day of Archbold H.S. and Magic 18u White for being selected to the North American Cup team leaving this week for Netherlands/Paris/Rome, this is quite and honor, and shows Ohio girls can obtain what Cali/florida kids do. After being selected to the All tournament team at Queens of Diamonds south, Courtney was invited to play on the North American cup team, Congrats Court, represent NWO well!

Jenna Shingary - 18U Road Runner Elite - John Glenn HS will also be going to the Netherlands to compete in the Indoor World Cup. Jenna also particpated in the Queen of Diamonds Showcase South and recently signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Kentucky State University on a softball scholarship.

Caitlin Jividen - 18U Road Runner Power - Wheeling Park HS will also be going to the Netherlands for the World Cup

Hopefully they remember why they are going there. First and foremost is softball games to be played. Saturday night is the party night at the nightclub and many do not make it to play early Sunday. (drinking age is 15 over there and some are like kid's in a candy store) if you want to drink, save the partying until the Paris portion.

Good luck ladies and have a great trip! The Czechs will give you a bunting exhibition so be ready!
