:eek:What, no new openings @ 16U after the (Ineligible) College pitcher used @ world's B ???? From the woman that had the class to take herself out before the " win-at-all-costs " had the Sacks to do the right thing???
Seems to me that that would be a prime spot for a replacements set of coaches!!! But, oh well just goes to show your Organizations integrity level!!!

Congratulations to the Lady Irish Gold for their outstanding perfomance in the USSSA Class B World Series in Columbus, Indiana.

Despite the rule that clearly states "Any player with any College playing experience is only permitted to play in the Major Class of the Eastern USSSA World Series", the Lady Irish Gold felt compelled to bring a dominant college pitcher to help them into the Semi-finals.

And congratuations to Tournament Director Tonya Perkins for ignoring the protests of virtually all of the teams that have or will face the Lady Irish Gold and indicating that the player will continue to play in the tournament.

Congratulations USSSA for your integrity and your demonstrable commitment to ignore the rules. Such behavior will breed nothing but contempt by all of the players and coaches who have witnessed your rules enforcement.

What a load of CRAP!!!!!

I'm sorry for sounding confussed here, but what?? Aren't the Irish talking about 10U and 12U? You seem to be talking about 16U. How can a college pitcher pitch in 16U?

Odd place to bring that back up, I am suprised a Wizard parent at the 16U level would get involved in something that had no bearing on their team what-so-ever and then bring it on a post that has nothing to do with the incident.

Strange.
