:yahoo:Monday Feb 25! The 12u Ohio Fire will hold an open tryout in the Spano Dome from 6 to 7pm. We are looking to sign 2 players that night! We will have players bags, helmets and practice stuff on site with us! The 2 players we select will be welcome to take their new equipment home with them that night! There are no limited spots. bafpdad, Sometimes people make mistakes when they choose teams,find out there coach's have no clue ,or there dd dosn't like that the coach's dd's playing her spot. this late in the off season,it might be time to get out,and he's offering a spot,sounds like you might be one of the above, if you are ,so think about what your doing and fix it ,so they will stay.

It happens to everyone. Every once in a while every player will make a mistake in selecting the organization they want to play for. We are just posting that if you made a mistake you wont have to sit the year out or have to deal with not getting enough playing or pitching time. You see my friend; my wife and pitching coach is a psychologist. The point to this is that young ladies hate rejection so when they go to a tryout and a team offers them a spot 9 out of 10 young ladies will take it so the fear of not making another team goes away. Instead of going to 4 5 or even 6 different tryouts to get a better idea of an organization that will fit better for them. The thought is ok.. I made this team. Lets take this offer because I might not make the other teams. We are talking about young ladies here. No one is trying to steal players, Just posting that there is another option out there and who knows, they may come to our tryout and find out that they didnt make a mistake and that their 1st team was a better fit all along.

We use the Spano Dome on Mondays and a cage on Thursdays in Ravenna. We are playing 9 tournaments, the dome spring league, the firestone stadium summer league. we are working on our organizations own field and building. have a small but awesome sponsor with boombah who did all of our bags and uniforms.
