Ohio Hawks Gold 03 Rubal- Tryouts
The Columbus based Hawks Gold 03 Rubal will be holding tryouts bsWednesday 8/9 at 6:00and Saturday 8/12 at 10:00 at Worthington Christian / Grace Polaris Church. 2017 was our second year together as a group and we were very happy with our improvement. We have a strong core of girls and would like to add a few more that believe in a team-first attitude, effort, respect and having fun. We practice one day a week during the offseason (typically Sunday during the fall in Westerville and Saturday in the winter at Plain City). Last year, we incorporated strength, speed and agility into our practices with local fitness instructors at a group rate.
We will be looking for a middle infielder and pitcher at a minimum and expect to have 3.
The address is 8225 Worthington Galena Rd, Westerville, OH 43081. Please be there 30 minutes early to register and warm up. If you are coming to the Wednesday tryout, we are in the Polaris area and traffic is heavy. Allow extra time.

About the Ohio Hawks Gold program:
In the past four years, the Ohio Hawks have helped placed 103 players into college softball programs, 30 at the Division I level. We currently have 18 players signed or verbally committed to Division 1 programs this season in our organization. We have 8 additional players playing now that we anticipate accepting offers by the end of the fall season. DI schools where Hawks players are currently playing or are signed are: University of Kentucky, Charleston Southern (2), University of Louisiana-Monroe, St. Peters, Tennessee State (2), Morehead State, Marshall, Ohio University (2), Winthrop, Bowling Green, University of Toledo, Miami of Ohio, University Tennessee - Martin, University of Dayton, and Wright State.
