Ohio Maniacs Fastpitch 18U out of Seven Hills, Ohio is looking for either a head or assistant coach, or both. We are an A level team playing in mainly College Showcases (ex: Outlaws Invitational, Outlaws Friendly, Demarini D1 Fall Brawl) regionally around Ohio. We seek a coach or coaches that have a high softball IQ and know what it takes to prepare girls to play at the upper level.
We do have existing coaches but we are fathers of the girls playing and feel they will do better without us involved. We can help for a season or give complete control right away. I run the organization so I would be happy to continue to do all the paperwork, scheduling, fees, and handling parents. You just need to coach. Again, these girls play at a high level so its not as much coaching as it is bonding and mentally preparing them for the next level. They will also need help with warm ups before games and different drills during practice. This is a good team of girls and we have amazing parents, which is very rare to have on a travel team.
