Ohio Starz 04 will hold tryouts on Saturday August 8th from 130pm - 330pm and Sunday August 9th from 230pm - 430pm at Canal park in Hebron, Ohio. Sign up will start 30 minutes prior to start time. Private tryouts are available upon request and will be kept confidential.

Team needs...
Catcher - must have strong arm, god POP time and fundamentally sound in blocking with good lateral movement
Pitching - must have good velocity, 50mph minimum and must be able to change speeds. Horizontal movement is a huge plus. All pitchers must have a pitching coach and attend lessons regularly.
Outfield - Speed, strong arm and track fly balls on the run.
SS and 3rd - Quick reaction time, cover ground, strong arm and must be accurate.
All players are expected to have a strong softball IQ and be mentally tough. This WILL be WE team and not a ME team, with that being said the most important tool a player can have is be a great teammate.
