Ohio Thunder is very pleased to announce several great additions to our various coaching staffs for the 2019-2020 season! We would like to welcome Chip Gregg, David Theuring, & Lisa Miller to the Thunder Family!!!
All of our current teams are still in mid-season, as all teams should be. We will announce our full Head Coaching Lineup over the next couple of weeks, but we are excited to let everyone know of 3 Head Coaches who will be in charge of various Thunder teams for the upcoming year!
10U (09) Head Coach - Lisa Sieling Miller will be our 10U coach for the 19/20 season! Lisa is a former college player & current JV Head Coach at Wm. Mason HS! She brings a wealth of knowledge to the game. Lisa also gives private instruction. We are looking forward to Lisa keeping the tradition of Top Notch/High Level 10U Teams that Ohio Thunder is use to producing!
15U (04) Head Coach - David Theuring will be heading up our first year 16U team! Dave has been involved in the fastpitch community for the last 2 decades. He has been a driving force in the success that the Mason Youth Softball has seen over years. He was a Power behind SOGSFA when they were the highly successful league for a number of years. He has coached in several Travel organizations with lots of success. We are so glad to have Dave coaching in the Thunder organization!
16U (03) Head Coach - Chip Gregg brings his wealth of knowledge to our organization & I could not be any more excited!!! Chip is a former College Coach, he has been around Fastpitch Softball in the Cincinnati area since the start. Chip has coached many, many highly talented teams & players for decades. His teams have played in & have won at every level. Chip is set to help get young ladies to the college level, as he has done for many years for many, many players!
This is just the beginning of many exciting announcement that Ohio Thunder has in store, as we prepare for our 2nd decade of play. Please checkout our Organizational website for contact information & to Pre-register for our Tryouts. We will continue to add Coaches names as the 2019 season winds down.
Tryouts Dates for Ohio Thunder - All at Heritage Oak Park in Mason, Ohio
August 1st - 6:00pm Registration begins at 5:15
August 3rd - Noon Registration begins at 11:15
August 7th - 6:00pm Registration begins at 5:15
August 10th - 4:0opm - if any teams still need players
