Due to coaches moving up in age group, retiring and carreer changes, the Breakers have the following coaching positions available for next season:


ALL POSITIONS FILLED

There may also be a need for additional coaches if our growth continues

We are looking for coaches that place the girls/teams development ahead of all else. ?You must have a thorough knowledge of the game and the ability to teach at/to the appropriate level. ?16u & 18u coaches must have experience with getting their players noticed and presenting them to recruiters.

What kind of experience or background do you require?

It is really dependant on the age group you are interested in. At 12u, we want someone who is really strong in fundamentals and has the ability to engage the younger players. Someone who has coached at this age level before and understands the day-in day-out challenges of it. Someone that can handle the parental pressures that seem to be very prevelant at the younger ages. Does that give you a rough idea? Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
