The Blue Ash Bombers 18U team will be hosting an open tryout on Thursday, August 12th, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at Weller Park (10021 Weller Rd, Montgomery, OH 45249). This is a B level team, who will play 2-3 tournaments this fall, 1-2 this winter, and 5-6 next summer. The summer tournaments will have a heavy emphasis on college showcases for those players interested in continuing their playing career after high school. Additionally, this winter, we will work out weekly at Shep's Indoor Facility in Blue Ash to prepare players both for their varsity and club seasons.
We only have a couple of spots to fill, and are predominantly looking for a pitcher and a part-time catcher. That said, we will consider any scrappy, hard-working, hard-hitting player who loves the game of softball.
