Former Hilliard Davidson Wildcat and University of Dayton Flyer Melissa Myher is now giving pitching instruction at All Star Sports Indoor Hitting Range and Training Facility in Hilliard, Ohio.
Melissa is a recent graduate of the University of Dayton and is now back in the area giving pitching instruction. Melissa pitched for 4 years at UD and holds the single season records for complete games (28), and games started (29). She also holds career records in innings pitched (663.2), strikeouts (498)and is second in all time wins (55) by a Flyer pitcher. She was Atlantic 10 Academic All Conference in 2005 and 2006.
Melissa gave lessons in the Dayton area in 2004, 2005 and 2006.
Those familiar with Central Ohio fastpitch softball will remember Melissa from Hilliard Davidson where she was All Ohio 1st team and twice All Ohio Honorable Mention while leading the Wildcats to a 29-4 record and the state semi finals.
