I know allot of people read these threads and I just wanted to say Thank You to Brett for coming out and teaching some umpire classes to our umpires for this upcoming recreation season. As everyone knows how busy our schedules are, that when someone volunteers their time for the love of the game and the teachings of it, to the future ?of the game, it is always appreciated.

So I just wanted to say it in a public forum so he could be recognized by his peers.

It was a pleasure to work with all of your young umpires.

I only wish that we would have had more time to cover some more of the rules! They were probably tired of listening to me after just two classes, but we could have easily added a couple more.

Best of luck with the upcoming season. You have a lot of great kids out there and I hope that we gave them a good start on their umpiring careers.
