2016 Season Tryout Information
The Queen City Ultimates will be holding tryouts for the 2016 season on the following dates / times at GE Park
(12110 Princeton Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45246):
Date: Time: (all age groups)
Sunday, Aug. 9[SUP]th [/SUP] *8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Wednesday, Aug. 12[SUP]th [/SUP]6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Saturday, Aug. 15[SUP]th[/SUP] *8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Wednesday, Aug. 19[SUP]th [/SUP]6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
* Note ? On the Saturday and Sunday dates the age groups will be broken out into the following time slots:
10U and 12U are from 8:00 am - 10:00 am
14U is from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
16U is from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
18U is from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
The QC Ultimate's organization is dedicated to instilling the excitement for the game, the value of good sportsmanship, and the determination to make each player strive to improve and be better players. The coaches, trustees, and board members in the organization are dedicated to provide each player the necessary tools to prepare for and realize the dream of playing softball in college.
Each team is head coached by an independent / paid adult (no player parent head coaches).
Here is a brief background on our coaches:
Tom Wiesman
15 years with the Ultimates, 35+ years coaching
Karen Wiesman
Travel ball, High School and College 4 year starter at NKU. 14 years Head Coach at McAuley High School
Stacie Weber
Former Badin High School pitcher and select player, 3rd year coach with the Ultimates
Stephanie Stadtmiller
Travel Ball, High School, 4 year starter at Thomas More College, second year coach with the Ultimates
Amanda Minor
Travel Ball, High School, 4 year starter at Thomas More College, second year coach with the Ultimates
