Regionals - home vs away ?

How do they determine it ?
-- pretty sure we are higher seed but told we are visitors .

For districts home team was whoever held the top line on the bracket, regardless of seed. Not sure if that holds true for regionals or not.

We were higher seed as well and were visitors. I don't think seeding has anything to do with it, wouldn't be surprised if they flipped a coin.
