I certainly agree that there are 2 sides to every story. Id attempt to have a personal chat with the coach and ask for the release. The reasoning for leaving is irrelevant. If the coach refuses, I think I might just post so that folks in the real world know and understand how this coach and/or org works. It might seem harsh to post that info on OFC, but we all are accountable for our actions positive and negative.

There was a "Back in my day..." post in there that I replied to, it got deleted. Something about people not sticking it out like they used to or what ever. I should have quoted it, my post doesn't make much sense now.
