Sadie Leonard NESCAC Pitcher & Kelly McGuigan Player of the Week


HADLEY, MASS. -- First year pitcher Sadie Leonard (Bel Tiburon, Calif.) started and won all three games in the NESCAC Tournament securing an automatic berth in the NCAA DIII Softball Tournament for Williams. Versus Trinity she struck out the first 9 batters she faced and 16 overall. In 21 innings she struck out 35 batters, and allowed but 2 runs (1 earned). With the three wins she upped her season record to 16-4.
