Freshman Allissa Turkovich hit a solo HR for CC in the first inning, but then freshmen Emma Johnson of Groveport shut the door the next 4 innings. Williams of Groveport hit a 3 run HR, that was a blast in the 3rd inning and another girl hit a 3 run bases loaded double to take a 6-1 lead. The CC Comets started to hit the ball in the 6th & 7th and scored 4 runs, but it was too little..too late. A well played game by Groveport. I believe Emma Jonson had 16 K's for the game.

Central Crossing falls to 7-3 on the year.
