we have a place in Cincinnati that is astro turf .. and the lighting is great. i liked the dirt fields better just need lighting i felt bad for the catchers i think they had trouble and if they were having trouble i'd say the umpire had some. but it was a great experience and got to meet some great people.

I like the comment about NOT SEEING the scouts. Hello, This is called a showcase for a reason.

Here were our scores for the weekend:

Friday Night
Wolfpack 7 vs. Ohio Crush 1

Saturday
Wolfpack 4 vs. Ice Sanor 13
Wolfpack 5 vs. Thunderbolts 6-1

Sunday
Wolfpack 1 vs. Valley Sting 0
Wolfpack 5 vs. North Ohio Heat 0
Wolfpack 3 vs. Ohio Sharks 1

I thought there were alot of coaches there for being an indoor tournament. I agree with some of you about the rules ...but I'd rather play indoors and complain about a few rules than not have a place to play at all. Jim Sanor & Chuck Short along with the Spano's put on a great showcase and winter league. I'd just like to say thanks for all the time you put in!

Anyone who wants to play outdoors next fall on the same weekend (Nov. 2-4) should look into the Ronald McDonald House Exposure Tournament in Houston.
Top-level competition, tremendous exposure to Pac-10, Big 12, etc. coaches.
jwalker@rmhhouston.org is a contact for anybody interested.

I know the Slippery Rock assistant coach was there. ?NCAA Div 2.

And I see from another tread, that a Wadsworth (Rattlers) player signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Slippery Rock this week.
