CHICKASHA, Okla. -- Although wet conditions in central Arkansas prompted a change of venue, the Eagles picked up a solid pair of results. Avila rolled to a 17-7 win over (RV) Central Methodist University and kept the offense of no. 2 USAO (7-2) mostly quiet in a 2-0 loss. Freshman Brooke Day had a solid outing in the opener, going 4-for-5 with three RBIs.
