BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - The Marian Knights softball team has punched their ticket for the NAIA World Series for a third straight year on Tuesday afternoon, taking down Corban Unviersity in the championship game 3-1. Marian carried a three run lead for much of the game and got out of a couple of jams on the defensive end, finishing the game with a pop out to the pitchers mound and a sea of Knights flooding the field. Marian seals their first-ever 50-win season as their season record improves to 50-5.
