BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Top-seeded Lindsey Wilson opened the 2019 Mid-South Conference Softball Tournament with a 9-3 win over No. 8 seed Kentucky Christian at Buchanon Park
The Blue Raiders (43-2) outhit the Knights (22-30) 13-9 in the game. Cassie Matlock led the Lindsey Wilson offense with three hits. Zakiya Sizemore and Kalli Harris each had two hits while three different Blue Raiders recorded two RBI's. Taylor Slade earned the win pitching six innings allowing three earned runs and striking out eight.
