[Softball] Point Park softball earns DH split with first-place Rio Grande

KENNEDY TWP., Pa. -- Point Park University softball celebrated Senior Day on Saturday with a big doubleheader versus first-place University of Rio Grande at Fairhaven Park. The Pioneers (16-15, 9-5 RSC) notched a big victory, 2-0, in the nightcap to split the twinbill and hand the RedStorm (25-11, 13-1 RSC) their first loss in River States Conference play. The opening game was a narrow, 2-0 win for Rio Grande.
