MIDWAY, Ky. -- The Point Park University softball team had its eight-game win streak stopped with a 3-0 loss at Midway (Ky.) University on Saturday, but the Pioneers bounced back to win the second game of the River States Conference doubleheader, 2-0. Point Park (13-14, 8-4 RSC) has now won nine of its last 10 games to move up to third in place in the RSC standings.
