ATHENS, Tenn. – Point University (18-16; 11-9 AAC) and Tennessee Wesleyan University (20-4; 17-3 AAC) split their Saturday, March 30 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) doubleheader, with the Bulldogs winning game one, 8-1, and the Skyhawks coming back from three runs down to win 4-3 in 10 innings in game two. Point has split 10 doubleheaders this season and has won both halves of four doubleheaders. The Skyhawks have won game one in seven doubleheaders and game two in seven doubleheaders. Coached by Jennifer Tyler (Eighth season), Point plays a non-conference doubleheader at Talladega College (4-20), Tuesday, April 2, at 3 p.m. Eastern time, and plays AAC doubleheaders at Columbia International University (S.C.), Friday, April 5, at 2 p.m. and at Allen University, Saturday, April 6, at 1 p.m. (19-3; 16-2 AAC).
