[Softball] Smith from OCU Becomes SAC Player of Year

OKLAHOMA CITY – Jaci Smith of Oklahoma City University garnered Sooner Athletic Conference player of the year as voted by SAC coaches.

Science & Arts of Oklahoma, ranked No. 1 in the NAIA, reeled in SAC pitcher of the year (Emily Cerny), coach of the year (Jadyn Wallis) and newcomer of the year (Kristen Prieto). Panhandle State's Brittany Thomas took SAC freshman of the year.
