The TJC Apache softball team gathered some more post season honors, as three members of the squad were named to the NJCAA DI Softball All American team, the national office released yesterday. Sophomore Makenzie Goswick was named to the 2nd team, while freshman Abbie Dart and sophomore Shelbi Court were both named to the 3rd team. Goswick, who signed at the University of Texas at San Antonio, led the team in batting with a .457 average and was stellar at 1st base all season. Dart had a remarkable 27-3 record in 38 appearances with a 2.10 era. Court, who signed to play at the University of Texas at Arlington, was the Apache catcher all year, hit .401 on the year, and was tied for the team lead with 11 home runs.
