[Softball] Softball Weekly Honors to Martin and Verduzco
Emily Martin of Indiana Tech and Gina Verduzco of UM-Dearborn are this week's Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Softball Player and Pitcher of the Week. Martin picked up her first player award after hitting .538 and driving in 11 runs. Verduzco won her third pitching honor with a monster week - recording four wins and a save as she struck out 44 in 38 innings and posted a pair of shutouts.
