Coming off their sixth NAIA postseason appearance in 11 years, the University of Houston-Victoria softball team wrapped up the 2018 season receiving votes in the 2018 NAIA Softball Coaches' Top 25 Postseason Poll released Wednesday.
The Jaguars captured their first Red River Athletic Conference Tournament title and an automatic bid to the NAIA National Championships Opening Round in the Gulf Shores Bracket. The Jaguars finished the season 30-18 for their 10th 30-plus win season in 11 years.
