Last season as some of you know, my DD suffered a serious leg break and ankle dislocation at the Jamboree. My family was comforted by the Mid-Ohio Thunder team during the time before the ambulance arrived and also at the hospital.

Yesterday at the West Liberty Tournament, Coach Ron of the Thunder 16U approached me and said he had a gift for my daughter. He presented her with the game ball from the Jamboree. He had written a note to my daughter and the Thunder team had autographed the ball. What a person and team!!! At the time, I stated that I had made a friend for life and I just want to say "Thank you" one more time to Coach Ron, his family and the Thunder team!

We played them at West Liberty and they were awesome opponents. Their centerfielder went after a ball hit over the fence and ran full force into the fence. A great bunch of competitors.
