Drove by this park on the way to CP last Sat.The logistics of having events there would be challenging to say the least ,would defiantly have agreements w hotels in place .Rates are excessive in the summer there and w fast pass sales mid week park access would be ideal for tourneys or a voucher for future use.Just some thoughts .Have spent many summers in Sandusky area,great place to be.Good luck with this venture turf is great w our Spring fall weather.
