Static Elite Easton '97 (18U) - 2016 Needs / Tryouts

The Static '97 team is coming off another successful season. Of our 13 players, all 10 2015 seniors are ready to go to college to get a great education & to continue their life long dream on playing softball at the next level. Of the 3 2016 grads, one is already committed & the other two only need to finalize their decision & an incoming 2016 grad is already committed as well. These 13 players will have attained nearly $1.5 million in athletic & academic scholarship.


With this said, we want to add a '97/98 catcher to our roster as an 18U team. To be very clear, we already have a catcher so we are looking for someone who wants to split time behind the dish & hopefully play another position. As well, we are looking for another pitcher to add to the staff. To be very transparent, we already have two but need one more & everyone is guaranteed the ball every third game. Having this type of depth allows the girls to stay fresh through a long tournament & as well stay strong/healthy thru the summer so that they are not worn out when they step on campus in the fall. Looking forward to our first tryout for the 18U group tonight. Looking to add a couple of players as mentioned above specifically a pitcher & catcher. We currently have player committed to the following colleges: Purdue, Gannon, Evansville, Ten Tech, Walsh, MIT, Thomas Moore, Birmingham Southern, Ursulin, & Ohio Univ.
