With all the sunshine we are scheduling private tryouts today. Please text/call Mike Thorpe 330.540.1530 to schedule a time at Springfield Local HS in New Middletown, Ohio.
This 14u team returned 6 players from a team that went 27-17-3 in their summer tournament season as a 13u team. We won a ASA regional qualifying championship along the way. Played in a weekday league with all hs teams and finished above .500.
During tryouts we have added three experienced very good players. Also had a really good player stay down with us from our Streak 15u team. Our roster is at 10 & we are looking for one more. The starting 1b and cf spots offer the best shot at an open competition. Three good pitchers returned and a very good catcher. This team will compete very well and is poised for much success. They are champions at having FUN also!
