T3 Lady Rays Tryouts- 10u, 12u, 14u

The T3 Lady Rays will be hosting tryouts for 10u and 12u players on August 9th and August 16th from 5-7pm at Avon Lake High School. Tryouts for 14u will be held on August 10th from 5-7pm at Shady Drive Park in North Ridgeville.

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to complete registration

I just want a give a shout out to this organization, and encourage those in NEO to give them a new and serious look this year.

The Wennerbergs are really good people who understand the game and what it takes to develop players. Additionally, my daughter Sarah is going to be working closely with them to help build the organization and extend it up through the older ages. Sarah played college ball, and has coached travel ball, high school winter ball, and 2 seasons of community college softball. She is stepping down from the Tri-C coaching gig partially to help with the Lady Rays organization (but mostly because of her new teaching job!). Tom and Sarah are working to put together a strong coaching staff for all of the teams in the organization. The use of the T3 facility in Avon in the bad weather months has to be a huge plus as well.

Do yourself and your daughter a favor, and put this organization on your tryout schedule!

I just talked with Sarah and a tryout time and place has been established for 14U ... this will be posted in the tryouts section as well, but it will be on Monday, August 10th from 5:00-7:00 on Field 1 at Shady Park in North Ridgeville. Kim Parkinson, former player at Baldwin-Wallace, will be the head coach of this team, and she has several years of travel ball coaching experience as well. This is a new team coached by a non-parent and all positions are open.

Thanks to all of the young ladies and their families who attended the 10U/12U tryout at Avon Lake last night! Saw some great talent!!

Given there's a 70-90% chance of thunderstorms each hour from 4:00-8:00 today on the west side of Cleveland, we are moving the 14U tryout indoors to T3 Performance in Avon at 5:00. T3 is just off I-90 at the 611 exit, and the address is 1200 Chester Industrial Parkway. The website is http://www.t3-p.com/

We had a nice turnout last night for the 10u and 12u teams. We still have a few roster spots available on both teams and welcome players and families to come out to our last tryout this Sunday from 5-7pm at Avon Lake High School. Please arrive 20-25 minutes early to register if you have not already done so.
