Softball fully funded is rare! When I said pitcher and catcher I didn't say fully funded, They just get the most money. Timac4 makes a very valid point, that I'm sure some didn't want to hear. Playing traveling ball doesn't get you the exposure you think. I have talked to three college coaches this year and all three went to a high school to see a specific player. They did call first to discuss the kids grades. If you want recruited you are going to have to make yourself known. Writting letters, going to that college camps, but most important as stated above having good grades and a high SAT score..
