First of all - congrat's to Jim Heatherly and crew for such a great tourney. Site was great, diamonds were super, well ran - we will be back. Also, a special thanks to the Ohio Fire gang, we had a girl get overheated at the start of the final game and we had to call in the ambulance - while we were waiting the Fire let her into their RV to sit in the AC and cool down... they stayed at least 30 min after their game to allow her to sit in the cool air until she could be taken to the hospital... thank you very much... (she is fine, took an IV and home now)
The 10U Ohio Hawks came out on top against the always tough Miami County Blaze team 2-1 in the Championship game.

Strange that our first bracket two games seeded the same as Sat pool play... we were the #2 seed behind the Blaze due to our 3 runs allowed vs their 2 in pp.
The final game was super, with girls thrown at the plate, 2 at third and several caught stealing on both sides... the Blaze coaches are a class act, we have played some great games against them in the past two weeks.
